Jonathan Canger, MS, PhD

Managing Partner and Chief Science Officer

Jonathan has an extensive experience of over 40 years in human capital, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and succession planning. He has worked at some of the most successful and recognized corporations in the world, including Verizon, Motorola, the Coca-Cola Company, LAI/Monster.com, and Marriott International. During his career, he has held senior leadership positions such as Chief Human Resources Executive and Global Head of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness. Besides his corporate and consulting work, he has also served in leadership roles in higher education and on advisory boards for community and higher education boards. Jonathan has also served as a judge for the American Business Awards. As Managing Partner and Chief Science Officer for Zennia Research, his focus is on improving the effectiveness of entrepreneurial leaders and their organizations.

Julia MacGregor, MS, MBA

Founding Partner and Board Member

Julia is an organizational psychologist, technology entrepreneur, executive, and thought leader with over 25 years of experience in hands-on business management, growing and scaling companies from startup to exit. Julia has a depth of experience in both the psychological and technical sides of how to leverage culture, teams and individual performers in early stage and high growth companies. As an executive, board member and advisor, she has spent her career either growing or helping companies grow into successful, multi-million dollar organizations. She has received a broad range of awards and industry recognition, including Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Business Woman of the Year (2018), and Tampa Chamber’s Business Leader of the Year Finalist (2018). She has an MBA and a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is currently working toward a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is a thought leader with multiple publications, including peer-reviewed journals, on topics such as leadership, cross-cultural performance, high performance executive teams, venture capital, board / investor management and dynamics.
