The organization acquired another player in the industry and wanted to evaluate their hiring practices, with a special focus on the fairness and inclusiveness of the pre-hire assessments in use.
Zennia conducted a talent acquisition audit, which included interviews with key department heads, hiring manager and recruiters, with special focus on process efficiency, effectiveness (quality of hire) and applicant reactions to the hiring process. Zennia then conducted an analysis of the psychometrics and fairness of the current pre-hire tracking system reports, and an in-depth analysis of their pre-hire assessments, with a special focus on with a focus on pass rates, efficiency, and fairness / inclusion.
Zennia recommended, and the organization implemented ways to improve the hiring process to increase applicant engagement, as well as changes to eliminate any potential bias in the pre-hire assessment battery.
